I offer 1:1 spiritual direction and formation coaching for women who are ready to go beyond surface-level faith and step into deeper, more authentic, and transformational relationship with God, self, and others.

🌿 What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction is a sacred, confidential space where you are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and notice how God is present and active in your story.

As a trained spiritual director and spiritual formation coach, I hold space for you — with compassion, wisdom, and curiosity — as we explore:

Your current spiritual season or struggle
Patterns of belief, behavior, and identity that need healing or clarity
The voice of God in the midst of questions, loss, or transition
Discernment for what’s next
Rooted practices that connect your faith to your actual life

It’s not counseling. It’s not advice-giving. It’s deep, Spirit-led listening and gentle guidance as you become more fully yourself in Christ.

💛 What You Can Expect

Each session is 60 minutes via Zoom or phone.

Sessions are spacious, grace-filled, and Spirit-led. We may incorporate prayer, silence, Scripture, imagination, somatic awareness, journaling, or gentle coaching — depending on your needs and desires.

Session Options:

Single Session – $165
3-Session Bundle – $420
Ongoing Monthly Direction – by agreement
